To get set up on our computer system right now, click here to print and fill out our new customer application now and fax it back to us.
- Once your company is set up all you have to do is fax over your order.
- We will then input your order into our ordering system, generate an order confirmation, fax that back to you, you will need to double check the order, sign it and fax it back.
- Along with the order confirmation, you can either give a deposit by credit card or by check by fax. Once the order is done we will notify you.
