We have ordered windows through Lang Exterior for 10+ years and would not go anyplace else for windows. They are made in the USA, our orders are always 100%, they are affordable and customer service is above all else whether it is a single window or a houseful.
Customer service was impeccable . The representatives were extremely helpful with making the necessary changes to my order.
I Recently remodeled my home and used Lang windows. I purchased their black vinyl windows and am extremely satisfied with how they came out. The exterior of the window is black and interior is white. Pricing was also cheaper than its competitors. I highly recommend Lang Windows!

We had 15 Lang Windows put in 4 years ago. We are so happy with these windows! We had terrible windows in this house when we moved in, and replaced them all with Lang Windows. Our heating bill went way down the first winter we had them, and has stayed that way. I just called the customer service number, and was treated with such kindness! So happy with our Lang Windows! Would highly recommend Lang Windows to anyone thinking of replacing theirs!

We purchased 4 front windows and I love the windows. I was skeptical on what I ordered but I love them. They are exactly what I wanted.
My wife and I had a contractor rehab our house and they installed 13 Lang vinyl windows. They were really nice black exterior and white interior vinyl windows. We were having problems with a couple windows not operating properly, and I emailed Lang customer service. The next day I received a call the next day by David who was genuinely concerned with the problems we were having. He requested a few pics and a short video so he could see what was going on. With the little information he had, he was able to troubleshoot this problem, get me the replacement springs and tool to adjust. We appreciate the fantastic customer service, as this was a problem caused by poor installation of our contractor. The windows are beautiful, and operate great again. We highly recommend Lang windows! Thank you David for the fantastic customer service, we greatly appreciate it!

Called about degraded weather stripping(bulb seal) on at least 15 year old windows. I was told I could pick some up at one of their locations. I asked if it could be shipped as I am located out of the state. NO PROBLEM. Jan took all my info and actually walked me through fixing an issue with a window latch I thought I'd messed up. I received the bulb seal early the next day, called when I had a question about installation, the gentleman, I didn't get his name, walked me through it. GREAT CUSTOMER service.
Great people to do business with polite precise and great prices
Ordered all triple pane argon filled windows for my new construction and they are outstanding. The house stays warm in winter and cool in summer. They are very well insulated and look great.

Great lasting windows. Excellent Customer Service. My windows sleeve was damaged. I visited 2529 N. Pulaski Road Chicago location. I was offered 50 meters long FREE sleeve without any strings attached. I would recommend these window to my friends and relatives.

I had a weather strip replacement requirement on two windows on my north facing elevation. Lang was happy to replace under warrantee the seals. This goes above and beyond all expectations.

We had Lang Exterior windows installed a few weeks ago and the house is so much quieter. Now every window can open and close so smoothly. We are very happy with the new Lang windows. We went with platinum 2400 for the the thicker frame little more money well worth the cost . Very solid and nice windows . I will recommend Lang Windows to all who are looking for new windows. Lang is the best !
Far superior to the windows available at the big box home centers. Spiral tensioner NOT a piece of string. Re-enforced top and bottom; optional foam insulation, etc. make these windows outstanding.

when my contractor showed me all of the color choice that Lang Exterior had to offer i couldnt belive that they exsisted. I love how rich the woodgrains look and also i love all of the attention to detail that is in the window it looks like wood to me i couldnt get over how rich the window looked in person. I love Lang Vinyl windows.
I used Power Weld windows in the homes I was renovating. The windows look good, nice curb appeal, work well, and kept square during installation. After five years they perform as well as they were new. Now as I res erect the A****** Lang is going to be a vital part of my product offerings.
I am a first time homeowner and I just had all of my old windows replaced with Lang windows. I could not have made a better choice. I did some shopping around and the Lang windows I bought were both very well made and affordable. I look forward to using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
Before I bought my patio doors from Lang Exterior I would get ice coming through my old aluminum patio doors. Now I have cherry interior patio doors and never have any ice problems. Thanks to Lang Exterior's windows my furnace doesn't run as often in the winter and I can enjoy fresh air in the spring without the opening bar falling off my old window.
